KINETIQ ("we", "us") operates a fitness and performance platform that helps you log training, nutrition, recovery and body-metric data and provides AI-generated coaching insights. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data We Process
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication details you provide when registering.
- Profile information: age, sex, height, weight, body fat, experience level, goals, equipment, dietary preferences and similar attributes you enter during onboarding.
- Training records: workout sessions, sets, weights, reps, RPE and personal records you log.
- Nutrition data: foods, meals, calories and macronutrients you record.
- Recovery information: sleep, soreness, stress, energy and readiness check-ins.
- Body measurements: weight history and body-composition entries.
- AI interactions: the prompts you send to KINETIQ AI and the responses generated, stored so you can review your conversation history.
- Technical information: device type, browser, and usage logs needed to operate and secure the service.
Why We Process Your Data
We process your data to provide the application functionality you request: storing your logs, calculating readiness and nutrition targets, generating personalized coaching, and displaying your progress. Processing is based on your consent and the performance of the contract between you and KINETIQ. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records within the app, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
